By visiting Abideinuco.com you are consenting to our privacy policy.
Abideinu Co. (“Abideinu Co.,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information when you visit Abideinuco.com (the “Site”), purchase or use our products and services, enroll in programs, participate in private services, join our email list, submit forms or questionnaires, communicate with us, or otherwise interact with Abideinu Co.
By using the Site or providing personal information to Abideinu Co., you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
The personal information we collect depends on how you interact with Abideinu Co.
We may collect identifying and contact information such as your name, email address, city, state, general location, and other contact information you voluntarily provide.
When you purchase a product or service, we may collect transaction and purchase information such as the product or service purchased, purchase amount, payment status, transaction identifiers, and related order information. Payment credentials may be provided directly to third-party payment or financing providers. Abideinu Co. may receive limited transaction information from those providers rather than your complete card or financial-account credentials.
When you participate in an Abideinu Co. program, private service, questionnaire, application, or strategy engagement, we may collect information you voluntarily provide about your business, ideas, goals, experience, challenges, resources, plans, operations, branding, customers, offers, marketing, or other information relevant to the product or service you requested.
We may also collect questionnaire responses, worksheets, documents, photographs, images, content, communications, and other materials you voluntarily provide to us.
Certain private sessions, meetings, programs, or trainings may be recorded. Where a session is recorded, we may collect audio, video, voice, likeness, and information discussed during the session. Recording practices may also be governed by the applicable Client Services Agreement, Program Terms, or other agreement, and notice or consent will be provided where required.
If you join our email list, request information, register for an offer, or subscribe to marketing communications, we collect the contact information you provide for that purpose.
We do not intentionally request or collect Social Security numbers, government identification numbers, bank-account login credentials, medical information, or precise GPS geolocation through the ordinary operation of our Site and services. Please do not provide highly sensitive personal information unless Abideinu Co. specifically requests information that is reasonably necessary for a legitimate purpose.
When you visit the Site, our website platform and other service providers may automatically collect certain technical and usage information.
Depending on the technology being used, this may include your Internet Protocol address, browser type, device information, operating system, pages viewed, referring pages, approximate geographic information derived from technical data, dates and times of visits, interactions with the Site, cookie or device identifiers, and similar information.
We may use this information to understand how the Site is used, improve performance, troubleshoot technical issues, measure engagement, protect the Site, and improve our products, services, and marketing.
Because some analytics functionality may be provided through our website platform or other service providers, the specific technologies used may change over time.
We use personal information to operate Abideinu Co. and provide the products and services you request.
This may include processing and administering purchases, delivering digital products, providing private services and programs, preparing for strategy sessions, reviewing questionnaires, communicating with clients and customers, scheduling services, maintaining records, providing customer support, managing communities, improving our products and services, and protecting our legal and business interests.
We may use information from private engagements, including session recordings where applicable, for legitimate internal purposes such as documentation, recordkeeping, service improvement, quality review, and development of Abideinu Co. services. We do not automatically use identifiable private-session content for public marketing merely because we possess it.
We may also use your contact information to send newsletters, educational content, announcements, promotional communications, product information, or other marketing communications when you have subscribed or when otherwise permitted by law.
You may unsubscribe from marketing emails by using the unsubscribe method included in those communications. Unsubscribing from marketing does not prevent us from sending transactional or service-related communications that are reasonably necessary in connection with a purchase or existing relationship.
The Site and the technology providers supporting it may use cookies, analytics tools, pixels, device identifiers, or similar technologies to operate the Site, remember settings, understand visitor activity, measure performance, and improve the user experience.
We currently know that our website platform may provide analytics functionality. We do not identify a particular advertising or analytics provider in this Privacy Policy unless we know that the technology is actually in use.
Your browser or device may allow you to block or delete certain cookies. Doing so may affect the functionality of portions of the Site.
Some browsers offer a legacy “Do Not Track” setting. Because there is not a single universally implemented standard governing traditional Do Not Track signals and some Site technologies are controlled by third-party platforms, Abideinu Co. does not currently independently respond to every traditional Do Not Track browser signal.
Third-party website, analytics, and technology providers may collect information about online activity when you interact with the Site, depending on the technologies they operate and their own privacy practices.
Where applicable law requires Abideinu Co. to recognize a legally supported opt-out preference signal relating to the sale of personal data or targeted advertising, Abideinu Co. will address those signals as required by applicable law.
Abideinu Co. may disclose personal information to service providers that help us operate the business and provide requested products and services.
These categories of providers may include website and hosting providers, payment processors, financing providers, email and marketing-service providers, video-conferencing providers, scheduling and form providers, cloud-storage providers, analytics providers, communications providers, professional advisers, and other technology or operational service providers.
We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to complete a transaction or provide a product or service you requested.
We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to protect the rights, safety, property, or legal interests of Abideinu Co. or others; investigate fraud or misuse; respond to a payment dispute; enforce an agreement; comply with applicable law; or respond to a valid subpoena, court order, governmental request, or other lawful process.
If Abideinu Co. is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, corporate restructuring, sale of business assets, or similar transaction, personal information may be transferred as part of that transaction subject to applicable law.
Abideinu Co. does not intentionally sell personal information for monetary or other valuable consideration.
Abideinu Co. also does not intentionally provide customer personal information to unrelated third parties so that those third parties can independently market their own products or services directly to our customers.
Sharing information with service providers that process information on our behalf in order to operate the Site, process payments, provide services, deliver communications, or otherwise support Abideinu Co. is not intended as a sale of your information.
If our practices materially change in the future, we will update this Privacy Policy and provide any disclosures, consent mechanisms, or opt-out rights required by applicable law.
Information you provide to Abideinu Co. for purposes of receiving a private service does not automatically become public marketing material.
We may separately ask for permission to use a testimonial, photograph, business result, screenshot, case study, client work, recording, likeness, or other identifiable client information for public marketing, promotional, portfolio, or educational purposes.
Where separate permission is appropriate, we will request it rather than treating your participation in an Abideinu Co. service as automatic authorization for public use.
Certain Abideinu Co. sessions or programs may be recorded for legitimate business purposes.
Where recordings are made, Abideinu Co. will provide notice and obtain consent when required by applicable law.
Recordings may be retained for purposes such as service documentation, internal quality improvement, business recordkeeping, legal or compliance purposes, and development of Abideinu Co. services.
Whether a client or participant receives access to a recording is determined by the terms of the particular product or service. Recording a session does not automatically mean the recording is a client deliverable.
Abideinu Co. will not publicly use identifiable private recordings, voices, likenesses, confidential business information, or private-session content for advertising or promotional purposes without separate permission where appropriate.
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.
The appropriate retention period depends on the nature of the information and why it was collected. We may retain information for purposes such as providing services, maintaining client and transaction records, meeting accounting or tax requirements, resolving disputes, responding to chargebacks, protecting intellectual property, enforcing agreements, complying with legal obligations, and maintaining legitimate business records.
When personal information is no longer reasonably necessary for these purposes, we may delete, anonymize, or otherwise dispose of it, subject to applicable law and reasonable technical limitations.
Abideinu Co. takes reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures appropriate to the nature of the information we maintain to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.
No website, internet transmission, cloud platform, email system, or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. For that reason, we cannot promise absolute security.
You are also responsible for protecting passwords, account credentials, private access links, and devices used to access Abideinu Co. services.
Depending on where you live and which privacy laws apply to Abideinu Co. and the particular processing activity, you may have rights concerning your personal information.
Those rights may include the right to ask whether we process your personal information, request access to information we maintain about you, request correction of inaccurate information, request deletion of certain personal information, request a portable copy of certain information, request information about categories of third parties to which information has been disclosed, or exercise applicable opt-out rights.
You may also request changes to personal information you previously provided to us.
These rights are not absolute. Certain information may need to be retained where permitted or required for legitimate purposes such as completing services, maintaining transaction records, complying with tax or accounting requirements, protecting legal rights, preventing fraud, resolving disputes, or complying with law.
Privacy requests may be submitted through the Privacy Request form available on Abideinuco.com.
The form may ask for information reasonably necessary to understand your request and verify your identity. We will not require you to create a new account solely to make a privacy request.
Abideinu Co. will review privacy requests and respond as required by applicable law. Where the Delaware Personal Data Privacy Act applies, the law generally requires a response within 45 days, subject to an additional permitted extension in appropriate circumstances.
If applicable law gives you a right to appeal a decision concerning a privacy request, you may submit an appeal through the same Privacy Request form and identify the submission as an appeal.
We may decline or limit a request where permitted by applicable law, including where we cannot reasonably verify the person making the request or where the request is fraudulent, excessive, or otherwise subject to a lawful exception.
Abideinu Co. products and services are intended for adults age 18 and older.
We do not knowingly offer our products or services to children under 13 or intentionally collect personal information from children through the ordinary operation of the Site.
If you are under 18, you should not purchase an Abideinu Co. offering or submit personal information through the Site.
If we learn that personal information has been collected from a child in circumstances where it should not have been collected, we will take reasonable steps to address the information as required by applicable law.
The Site may contain links to or interact with third-party websites, platforms, payment services, social-media services, video-conferencing platforms, or other independent services.
Those third parties operate under their own privacy policies and terms. This Privacy Policy does not govern the privacy practices of independent third parties.
We encourage you to review the privacy practices of third-party services you choose to use.
Abideinu Co. may update this Privacy Policy as the business, technology, products, services, or legal requirements change.
When this Privacy Policy is updated, the “Last Updated” date at the top of the Policy will be revised.
If a change is material, Abideinu Co. may provide additional notice through the Site, an account or service communication, or another reasonable method where appropriate or required by applicable law.
We will not represent that materially different privacy practices apply retroactively where applicable law requires additional notice or consent.
Privacy questions and requests concerning your personal information should be submitted through the Privacy Request form available on Abideinuco.com.
